肯尼亚PVOC认证各种问题解决机构


肯尼亚PVOC认证/COC证书说明:

1) 根据肯尼亚政府法令,贵公司的进口商必须取得《产品符合证书》(COC,即CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY)方可向肯尼亚海关办理清关手续。完成检验后,正本COC证书将以快件寄送出口商,或者直接在肯尼亚检验公司办公室打印后转交进口商。
2) 请如实、正确、完整地填写本申请单及其附页,包括相关的HS编码、ICS编码等信息。正确填报商品描述和HS编码是申请人的基本责任。如未能正确填报对产品的描述及/或HS编码,将导致现场检验/检测不符,从而无法签发COC,申请人仍将承担相关费用并留下不良信用记录,一旦货物出运到肯尼亚,亦将被肯尼亚管理部门要求进行整改并处罚金。

市场准入要求:
肯尼亚标准局(KEBS)于2005年9月29日开始实施出口前标准符合性验证计划(PVoC)。PVoC目录内的产品必须在出货前获得符合性证书(CoC),到港时提供给肯尼亚海关,否则将无法入境。如果没有CoC特殊情况下可由KEBS决定对该批货物实施检验,并处以罚款。

PVOC认证需要准备什么资料:
具体资料如下:
1.检测申请表)
2.产品测试报告(第三方实验室出具的产品测试报告)
3.IDF即进口商声明(由进口商根据发票,箱单资料在肯尼亚当地申请给到)
4.当批次出运货物的发票,装箱单(盖章和word版)
5.预约CCIC检验员到现场验货(不监装,采用装柜前去现场验货的方式)

以上资料给齐,货物备齐,包装完好,提前2-3工作日预约跟我司CCIC预约,告知验货具体时间,地点。验货顺利完成,无整改意见后,贵司执行装柜出货计划;在验完货3工作日后,CCIC安排给到贵司证书的草稿件,收费通知单。待证书草稿无异议,盖章回传并给付款水单,通知CCIC操作人员系统复核证书。最后客户选择取证方式:国内出证是5-7工作日;肯尼亚出证是2-3工作日


肯尼亚PVOC认证检测标准:
由于PVOC认证验货的前提是必须先获得检测报告,那么检测报告依据的是什么标准呢?
答案是:国际标准或者肯尼亚标准,如果这个产品确实没有国际标准和肯尼亚标准的,才会考虑用国标(GB)。常见的国际标准有:
(1)IEC标准:IEC中文名叫国家电工委员会,是电子电器类产品的国际标准的开头英文;
(2)EN标准:欧盟标准的开头,这个标准的产品范围最广,几乎所有产品都有对应的EN标准。
(3)ISO标准:这个也是国际标准,部分产品的国际标准是ISO开头,比如大部分不带电产品和机械、玩具类产品。

(4)ASTM标准:这个标准是美国标准,但是此标准极少用,因为目前国内授权机构很少。
